Pacific Appraisal Consultants is a full-service real estate appraisal firm located in Bakersfield, California. We serve the greater Kern County area, including the desert communities of Ridgecrest, California City, Rosamond and Mojave. We also serve the central California coastal area, including Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and Cambria. Agricultural appraisals are completed throughout the western United States.

Pacific Appraisal was established in 1975. J. Richard Krizo, ARA, the firm’s founder, has over 30 years of industry experience as an appraiser and real estate consultant. The firm has a staff of eight licensed appraisers with extensive experience.

We appraise all types of properties, including residential, multi-family, agricultural, vacant parcels, commercial and industrial.

Pacific Appraisal Consultants was founded in 1975. Our reputation was built on accurate appraisals, attentive customer service, and competitive fees. We strive to maintain the best information resources available, and our licensed appraisers are continually expanding their skills through extended education and training. We use state-of-the-art software and analytical tools to provide you with the highest quality service.

J. Richard Krizo, President and founder, holds the ARA designation (Accredited Rural Appraiser) and has over 30 years of industry experience. He began his career at Bank of America NT & SA before founding Pacific Appraisal Consultants.
